WWE has confirmed that Survivor Series 2025 will take place at Petco Park in San Diego on 29 November, marking the first time the event will be held in a stadium in its nearly four-decade history.
WWE announced on 22 April on its corporate website that its flagship Survivor Series 2025 event will be hosted at Petco Park, San Diego, on 29 November.
The event is set to be the first premium live WWE event in San Diego since 2008, and the first time the Survivor Series will be held in a stadium setting.
“For the first time in the event’s nearly 40-year history, Survivor Series will take place in a stadium on 29 November, and we believe Petco Park in San Diego is the perfect host for a historic night,” said WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque in a press release.
Petco Park, home to Major League Baseball’s San Diego Padres, will offer a new visual and fan experience for one of WWE’s “Big Four” events.
WWE also revealed that premium packages will soon be available via OnLocation.
These will feature upgraded seating, pre-show hospitality, appearances by WWE Superstars, and ringside photo opportunities.
San Diego last hosted a major WWE event in 2008, when the final edition of One Night Stand was held at the San Diego Sports Arena.
Additional ticketing and broadcast details are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
