Matthew Omansky Joins HVS North America to Expand Brokerage & Advisory Services


HVS North America, a consultancy firm specializing in hospitality, is growing its Brokerage & Advisory division with the appointment of Matthew (Matt) Omansky as Senior Vice President. The announcement was made in Austin, TX, on November 21, 2024.

Omansky will support investors in buying and selling hotel properties of all classes and sizes, with a particular emphasis on the Central/West Texas and New Mexico markets. His previous experience includes hotel transactions across the country, with a total value exceeding $200 million.
