Even though US is imposing higher tariffs on Chinese imports, the latter continues to dominate the retail chains in the US.
With Donald Trump promising heavy tariffs on major imports – a blanket tariff of 20 per cent and a 60 per cent tariff on imports from China, it is bound to have significant impact on US retail stores dependent on imports to fill their inventory.
