Fusalp taps Lectra’s Neteven for enhanced global e-commerce strategy

An emblematic winter sports brand with high-performance, elegant pieces, Fusalp wanted to benefit once again from Lectra’s expertise, a major player in Industry 4.0 in the fashion, automotive and furniture markets, to strengthen its online presence. Following the convincing performance of Kubix Link PLM, the collection management platform, the chic sportswear brand expanded its collaboration with the Lectra Group by choosing Neteven, a marketplace sales management solution that has already enabled Fusalp to successfully conquer new markets.

“Fusalp, positioned today as a “timeless” luxury ready-to-wear brand with collections available year round, is very happy to benefit from Lectra’s remarkable expertise and support. The deployment of the Neteven and Kubix Link PLM solutions plays an active part in the brand’s ambitions. After accelerating its digital transformation to optimize every stage in the life cycle of its collections with Kubix Link, Fusalp was able to win over new customers both in France and internationally by adopting Neteven,” says Julie Allanet, head of E-Commerce at Fusalp.

Fusalp expands its international presence on premium marketplaces with Neteven

A company founded in 1952 on the shores of Lake Annecy, Fusalp revolutionized skiwear before expanding its expertise beyond the slopes. On the mountain and in the city, its ready-to-wear collections bring together fashion, functionality and technology.

Fusalp, which mainly generates sales in its own boutiques and stores-within-a-store, wanted to win new customers by developing its online offer while controlling its distribution network. The brand naturally decided to rely on Lectra’s Neteven solution. Neteven is a unique solution, developed with the contribution of major players in the e-commerce sector. This integrated platform allows brands and retailers to simultaneously manage multiple marketplaces, anywhere in the world. This streamlined approach saves time, but also guarantees the consistency and quality of the information provided, while maintaining control of their brand image across multiple online sales sites.

“Thanks to Neteven’s expertise and technology, we can deploy the full potential of our brand in France and in our key international markets through Printemps, Galeries Lafayette and 24S, three major marketplaces. This digital presence allows us to detect new opportunities, to reach new customers, and thus have a significant impact on our sales. On the strength of this success, today we are continuing down this path and want to expand our offer to other marketplaces,” explains Julie Allanet.

The skiwear and ready-to-wear brand first turned to Lectra in 2022 when it was looking for a PLM supplier that could offer not only a high-performance collaborative tool but also one suited to the company’s structure and processes.

Kubix Link PLM is a configurable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to simplify collection management in the fashion industry, from design to online sales. One of the features Fusalp appreciates most is its compatibility with Cegid’s 100% fashion ERP, making it easy to monitor sub-contractor activity. Kubix Link PLM already has 300 customer brands and holds a leading position in Europe.

“We are pleased to be able to support Fusalp, a classic luxury brand, in managing their marketplace sales through Neteven. We offer brands additional cutting-edge solutions capable of optimizing every step of their value chain and actively contributing to their growth and their success,” explains François Gonnot, product marketing director at Lectra.
