Dar Global and the Trump Organization have launched a new Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai. This marks the Middle East’s first and only Trump International Hotel & Tower and the fifth collaboration between the two firms.
Dar Global, a luxury real estate developer listed in London, and the Trump Organization have unveiled a new landmark in Dubai: the Trump International Hotel & Tower.
This project is the first and only Trump International Hotel & Tower in the Middle East. It also marks the fifth collaboration between Dar Global and the Trump Organization. The new development follows the successful projects such as Trump Tower Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and Trump International Golf Club and Hotel in AIDA, a luxury beach community in Oman.
Situated along Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance of Downtown Dubai, the Trump International Hotel & Tower is built to enhance the city’s flourishing real estate and tourism sectors. The 80-floor tower, at 350m, houses an array of luxury hospitality offerings, including exquisite rooms and suites, private lounges, personalized service, and world-class amenities.
Residents and guests will have access to the highest outdoor pool in the world. Additionally, the property features an exclusive resort-style pool solely for residents. The Trump, a private club, will offer an unmatched experience for its select members.
The tower is crowned with two penthouses featuring sky pools, representing the pinnacle of design elegance and exclusivity. These duplexes, inspired by the legendary Trump Tower Penthouse on New York’s 5th Avenue, offer floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the Dubai skyline.
