HVS Asset Management & Advisory has announced the acquisition of two new asset-management contracts in Galveston, Texas. The contracts are for the Beachfront Palms Hotel and the Quality Inn & Suites Galveston – Beachfront, and will take effect from April 15, 2025.

Daniel T. Jensen, CEO of Gray Wolf Limited Partnership and Beechwood, LLC, and owner of the Beachfront hotel portfolio, expressed his anticipation of improved guest satisfaction ratings and optimized management operations with HVS’s assistance. Part of HVS’s role will include aiding the rebranding of the Beachfront Palms Hotel to the Clarion Pointe by Choice Hotels.

Both hotels are favorably situated, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions. The Beachfront Palms Hotel is located at 59th and Seawall Boulevard, while the Quality Inn & Suites Galveston – Beachfront is also advantageous across from the beach.
