Away from the polo fields, the valley fills with parties. Already in L.A., H&M threw a massive three-stage festival complete with photo opps, In-N-Out Burger and Doechii. Throughout the weekend in Indio, festivalgoers can get ready for events with 818, Nylon and Desert Nights at Zenyara. But for 13 years, Neon Carnival has had a hold on celebrities on Saturday night.

We started doing the carnival 14 years ago before there were parties. Our ethos is fun, it’s not about getting the picture. I want to have fun after the greatest day of music I could ever experience.
