Guess, Inc has named Alberto Toni as CFO, effective after its next quarterly report, expected by mid-June.
Toni, currently CFO at Flos B&B Italia Group, will succeed Interim CFO Dennis Secor, who remains EVP until September 12, 2025 to support the transition.
Based in Lugano, Switzerland, Toni brings over 30 years of global financial and operational experience.
