CM Punk reunites with Rey Mysterio after 11 years at WWE live event

CM Punk recently shared the ring with fellow RAW star Rey Mysterio for the first time in over a decade during WWE’s Holiday Tour Live Event in Baltimore.

The reunion marked their first team-up since November 26, 2013, when they faced The Shield and The Wyatt Family in a 12-man tag match on SmackDown.

Punk and Mysterio’s history dates back to their memorable rivalry in 2010, highlighted by an infamous segment where CM Punk, along with The Straight Edge Society, disrupted Mysterio’s daughter Aalyah’s birthday celebration.

Their feud culminated at Over The Limit in a high-stakes match that saw Mysterio emerge victorious. Returning as a fan favourite, Punk surprised fans by joining Mysterio as his mystery tag team partner.

The duo secured a victory after Punk delivered a GTS to Kofi Kingston. The celebration continued as Punk carried Mysterio on his shoulders, marking a nostalgic and emotional reunion.
