CJP highlights bench-bar synergy as pillar of justice

Underscoring the importance of the relationship between the bench and the bar, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Yahya Afridi emphasized that the judiciary relies on the bar’s assistance to deliver justice.

The top judge made these remarks while addressing a diverse group of representatives from various legal bodies at the Supreme Court premises on Thursday.

As part of his efforts to broaden consultations with key stakeholders and gather input on improving service delivery, the chief justice held meetings with several bar associations.
