LivAway Suites Breaks Ground on First Texas Location in San Marcos

LivAway Suites, in collaboration with West77 Partners, is launching its first location in Texas. The new hotel in San Marcos is part of the company’s nationwide expansion strategy. The site is located at 1550 River Road, San Marcos, TX 78666, close to city attractions.

Kevin Dailey, Chief Operating Officer of LivAway Suites, stated that the Texas expansion is a significant step in the company’s growth strategy. Already operating in states like Utah, Montana, Tennessee, and Washington, the company aims to offer high-quality extended-stay experiences nationwide.

The San Marcos hotel is positioned to cater to various customers, including travelers, business professionals, and families. Its strategic location gives easy access to major corporate facilities like the Amazon Fulfillment Center, the H-E-B Distribution Center, and CFAN, a leading aerospace manufacturer. It also appeals to visitors of Texas State University, which has more than 40,000 students. The hotel’s proximity to Central Texas Medical Center and Christus Santa Rosa makes it a convenient choice for medical professionals and families visiting patients.

Dan Barrett, President of West77 Partners, views the Texas expansion as a stepping stone for further growth in the south and other regions of the United States. The company aims to maintain its innovative approach and provide a high-quality product to meet Texas’s expectations.

In 2024, LivAway Suites plans to initiate construction on three more locations in Phoenix. The company also plans to start building 17 additional locations in 2025, aiming to have 50 locations opened or under construction by late 2026. This expansion aligns with West77 Partners and LivAway Suites’ shared vision of nationwide coverage, adapting hospitality experiences to meet evolving community needs.
