Choice Hotels International, Inc. has announced the opening of two Everhome Suites in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Cheyenne, Wyoming. Additionally, a new property is under construction in Clarksville, Tennessee. These new developments respond to the continued demand for extended-stay accommodations, which currently exceeds supply.
In collaboration with Highside Companies, Choice Hotels currently has seven Everhome Suites in operation, over 20 under construction, nearly 30 expected to open by the end of 2025, and over 65 in the pipeline.
The new Everhome Suites in Fayetteville is located near Highway 24 and I-295, close to Fort Liberty. The property will cater to Fayetteville’s growing defense, industrial, and healthcare sectors. The Cheyenne Hotel, situated in a mixed-use development close to Francis Warren Air Force Base and medical facilities, will serve the city’s defense, manufacturing, healthcare, and government sectors. The Clarksville property, expected to open in spring 2026, will cater to the city’s strong industrial base and local economy, which includes over 50 manufacturing facilities, Austin Peay State University, and Fort Campbell.
Everhome Suites offers a variety of amenities designed to provide a comfortable and convenient stay for guests. These include fully equipped kitchens in every room, spa-style bathrooms, large closets, additional storage, in-room washer and dryer in select suites, weekly housekeeping, free WiFi, pet-friendly options, and a contemporary multipurpose lobby.
Choice Hotels offers dedicated resources focused on the extended stay segment. This includes Choice Maps, a platform that uses AI and data science tools to identify markets and sites with high demand potential. The company also provides cloud-based solutions, like the choiceEDGE guest reservation platform and the choiceADVANTAGE property management system, to help owners effectively manage room rates, distribution channels, and inventory.
