Global hospitality company Kerzner International has announced major changes in its leadership structure as it aims to expand and continue to succeed in the evolving market. The restructuring introduces three distinct brand divisions, each reporting directly to the company’s CEO, Philippe Zuber.
The three brand divisions—One&Only, Atlantis, and SIRO/Rare Finds—will each be led by a divisional head. The new structure aims to enhance the focus on individual brands, improve responsiveness to industry changes, and foster continued creativity and innovation.
Mark Kirby has been appointed President of One&Only, effective January 6, 2025. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kirby is known for his operational excellence, strategic growth, and exceptional leadership. Prior to this appointment, Kirby served as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Hospitality at Emaar Hospitality Group.
Mattheos Georgiou has been promoted to Senior Vice President of SIRO and Rare Finds. Georgiou, who joined Kerzner as the Global Vice President of Operations, has been crucial in enhancing global operational standards within the company. His leadership has resulted in the promotion of several Resort Managers to General Managers.
Paul Baker, who joined Kerzner in August, has been tasked with leading the Atlantis brand. Baker brings nearly 20 years of international experience in hospitality and entertainment to the role. His expertise in managing teams in diverse cultural and operational landscapes positions him well for this role.
These leadership changes underscore Kerzner’s commitment to strengthening its brands and nurturing talent as it aims for sustainable growth in the competitive hospitality sector.
