Hilton’s luxury brands are poised to experience substantial growth, with over 500 properties now open worldwide. Key openings in 2024 included Conrad Singapore Orchard, Conrad Orlando, Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island, Ka La’i Waikiki Beach, and Signia by Hilton Atlanta, among others. Additionally, Hilton has launched a global program, Hilton for Luxury, to support top-producing luxury travel advisors in booking accommodations worldwide.

Dino Michael, senior vice president and global head of Hilton Luxury Brands, spoke about the company’s expansion into markets like Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, and Athens. He highlighted that 2025 is predicted to be the ‘Year of the Travel Maximizer’, with luxury travelers prioritizing enriching experiences and meaningful connections.

The Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand is set to continue expanding with a pipeline of 16 properties. Of note is the reopening of the flagship Waldorf Astoria New York following a meticulous restoration and new market openings in Costa Rica, Osaka, London, and more.

Conrad Hotels & Resorts will launch two new hotels in 2025, including Conrad Athens, The Ilisian and Conrad Hamburg. The Athens property will offer 307 guest rooms and suites, an urban roof garden, and an extensive pool landscape. Conrad Hamburg, located in the heart of Hamburg, will offer 238 rooms, including 25 spacious suites, nine meeting rooms, a lounge bar and restaurant, and wellness amenities.

LXR Hotels & Resorts is also growing, with new properties in Arizona, California, and Hawaii joining its portfolio in 2024. The brand will also make its debut in China in 2027.

NoMad London, the flagship hotel of the NoMad Hotels brand, plans to significantly update its Atrium restaurant in 2025, including a new culinary director, new dishes, and an art program.

Signia by Hilton, a portfolio of exceptional hotels, will make its international debut in 2025 with Signia by Hilton Amman. This property will offer 272 guest rooms and suites, seven dining venues, a spa, a fitness center, and an upscale bowling and entertainment center.
