The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is now open in the newly developed Deer Valley East Village, marking a significant moment for the region and the ski industry. The resort, developed by Extell Development Company, offers 436 luxury accommodations, including 55 residences and a variety of culinary experiences.

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is the first of its kind in North America since 1981 and it provides direct access to the Deer Valley Resort. The resort is located against the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains backdrop and is expected to open for the 2024/2025 season in December, providing weather conditions permit.

The resort’s rooms offer spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, Heber Valley, and Jordanelle Reservoir. They are equipped with modern amenities such as 55-inch flat-screen HDTVs, Nespresso coffee makers, blackout curtains, individual climate control, hair dryers, bathrobes, and mini-fridges. Additional amenities include a heated outdoor pool, three oversized hot tubs, and a spacious pool deck offering panoramic mountain views.

Hyatt culinary leader Chef Marc Marrone, Executive Chef Viktor Merenyi, and renowned New York City Mixologist Frank Maldonado lead the resort’s culinary experience. They bring an innovative, Utah-forward experience to the resort in support of local farmers, businesses, and families.

The resort also features nearly 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, making it one of North America’s top mountain conference destinations and the largest in Park City. The resort offers state-of-the-art facilities for meetings, celebrations, and events.

For families, the resort offers a dedicated Camp Hyatt Kids Club featuring age-appropriate events and activities. The Nexus Lounge serves as a vibrant social hub for teens, featuring arcade-style consoles and interactive experiences.

The resort offers exclusive packages for qualifying stays to commemorate the grand opening. These include a $200 resort credit and a limited-edition swag bag of goodies worth $250.

Room rates for Grand Hyatt Deer Valley begin at $799 per night this winter.
