LivAway Suites Opens Third Location in Smyrna, Tennessee

LivAway Suites has opened its third location, a 126-suite hotel in Smyrna, Tennessee. This marks the company’s first venture east of the Mississippi River. The hotel, featuring fully equipped kitchens and advanced guest-facing technology, was developed by West77 Partners and financed by Keystone National Group.

CEO Mike Nielson stated that this new location redefines what guests expect from an extended-stay experience, focusing on thoughtful design and operational efficiency. The Nashville expansion is part of LivAway Suites’ growth plan to have 50 locations open or under construction by 2026.

The hotel targets a diverse clientele, including construction professionals, travel nurses, digital nomads, and relocating families. LivAway Suites aims to enhance the guest experience with modern finishes, accessible amenities, and self-serve facilities like check-in kiosks, laundry, and automated parcel lockers.

West77 Partners completed the project under budget, marking their third successful under-budget project with LivAway Suites. The growing economy in the Nashville area is expected to provide numerous opportunities for the hotel brand, which focuses on providing essential comforts at sensible rates.
