InterContinental Hotels & Resorts announced that InterContinental Bellevue at the Avenue is open to guests. This 208-room luxury hotel, situated within the $1bn+ Avenue Bellevue complex developed by Fortress Development, marks the brand’s debut in the Pacific Northwes.
