Panic ensued at Cantt station in Karachi as railway police responded swiftly to reports of a suspected bomb concealed within a suspicious bag.
However, after a search operation, the bomb disposal squad confirmed that the alarm was unfounded.
The incident took place when railway authorities were alerted to the presence of a suspicious bag at the station, prompting immediate action. Responding to the potential threat, railway police promptly summoned the bomb disposal squad to conduct a thorough investigation.

According to SHO Cantt Station Arshad Kayani, concerns were raised regarding a possible explosive device near the mosque at Cantt Station. Acting on this information, railway police coordinated with the bomb disposal squad to assess the situation.
Following a search, bomb disposal squad personnel determined that there was no credible threat, reassuring commuters and staff at the station.
