Cheap Doesn’t Mean Low Quality
When you see medications or supplements that are cheaper than the ones you currently take, it seems a little suspicious. It must be on sale for a reason, right? The store has to be getting rid of the stock to bring in something new.
That’s not always the case. Cheaper health-care products are not necessarily inferior to their more expensive counterparts. Even medication and vitamins are not immune to name-brand bias. You don’t want to ingest an ineffective product, of course, but cheaper does not always indicate lower quality. You need to find out what is really in your medications or other health-care products, and how they will actually impact your health.
